Tempted to not even weigh tomorrow. I've completely gone off my plan. Stressed out. Exhausted. Heartbroken. I need to re-gain contol of this. Discouraged today.

  1. Awww, Cheri, I'm sorry to hear times are so hard right now.

    Please don't make yourself feel worse by running amuck with food. Love yourself by letting yourself off of the hook, figuring out a food plan for yourself that is doable for now and then starting fresh with that plan. At least you won't gain while your emotions are healing.

    God's mercies are new every morning. He's holding you in His arms.

    If you need a shoulder, give me a holler.
