I woke up this morning feeling so depressed and hurting inside from the way a beloved friend has been treating me. I sat down at my desk to check my email and this was sitting there waiting for me. The friend who sent it has no idea what I was going through or how I was feeling. Maybe it was coincidental...however, I don't think so. But, it made a difference. It lifted me. Thank you Mary D. for this today.

Life is too short to wake up with regrets.

So love the people who treat you right.

Love the ones who don't just because you can.
