I've lost 16.2 pounds in 3 weeks!!!


And the biggest change is that I've stopped drinking soda! At least the "real" stuff. I'm drinking alot of sugarless powdered drink mixes that you mix with your water. I need to drink more plain 'ol water...but, it's a process. At least I'm not drinking glass after glass, bottle after bottle of Pepsi, Coke, Mt. Dew...ANYTHING sugary, carbonated and caffeine loaded! If you're wanting to lose weight, my advice would be...if you do nothing else, get off the sugary drinks! They're addictive and loaded with empty calories. Substitute them, if you must (like I must), with things like Crystal Light, Wyler's Light, Arizona...all those sugar free soft drink and tea mixes. It's a start. And, it's a great place to start!
