3 Days Down. I'm doing this!

I'm back on track!  The binge is over and I've re-gained control.  I've been on program for 3 full days and am making healthy choices.  I've met most of my healthy guidelines and am really concentrating on getting them in.  I went and bought fish tonight for tomorrow's meal.  I'm looking forward to it!  I just feel good...like I can do this.  I even snuck into the fitness center at my work tonight and jumped on the scales.  I normally am against weighing between my "official" Thursday weigh-ins, but I was just so curious.  Anyway...weighing on a full belly late in the evening...shoes on...I weigh less than I did on Thursday.  YIPPEE!  I want this sooooooooooooo bad!
