Stress Eating


Some folks can't eat when they're upset.   That is NOT me!  How I wish that it was.  At this very moment...I'm chewing on my fingernails just because I'm feeling anxious and somewhat out of control.  I'm breaking out in hives, my teeth are slightly clenched and I'm fighting with myself...knowing it's time for me to go to bed - yet delaying going off into my room because I know my mind will begin to race and my heart will begin to ache.  Fortunately, for my diet, I'm not the type to eat late at night and I'm not much of a " snacker".  But...when I feel like this during the day, I can "eat" the symptoms of stress away.  At night...I just have to deal with 'em.
