I'm down another 4.8 lbs this week for a total of MINUS 13.6 lbs! I'm doing this and IT'S WORKING! I'm still very big, but I'm glowing and beaming with confidence...and I feel beautiful! Not because I've gotten "skinny" or dropped a dress size. I've done neither. But, because I'm feeling success and it's being achieved by ME! I'm making a difference in my own life...in my own health...and I'm proud of myself! That sure beats the look of shame and defeat that I know must have been on my face while I was feeling incapable and insignificant. I'm worthy of GOOD things! I'm worthy of health and happiness and of my own vision of beauty. I am on top of the world today! And tomorrow, I'll work to remember what today felt like and I'll aim for it all over again!
